INSPECTION
A home inspection is a visual inspection of the exterior, structure, roof, garage, attic, basement/crawlspace, plumbing, electric. heating & A/C and interior rooms of a home. It will include an evaluation of the installed & readily accessible components of the home. You will be able to walk away from the inspection knowing, in a clear way, what the immediate and major issues are (if any), and what items will need repair and/or maintenance in the near term.
RADON TESTING
Testing is the only way to know if you and your family are at risk from radon. The EPA and the Surgeon General recommend testing all homes in the lowest livable area. If levels are found to be higher than 3.9 pCi/L then a radon mitigation system can be installed to lower these levels. Some radon reduction systems can reduce radon levels in your home by up to 99%. Even very high levels can be reduced to acceptable levels.

Having your well water tested is crucial. While some contamination issues are obvious to determine either through tastes, scents or discoloration, there are those that are difficult to detect without a professional water inspection. We offer high-quality well water inspections and testing, ensuring to deliver accurate and timely results every time. This does not include an inspection of the well itself and only water potability. A sewer scope inspection uses a video attached to a snake-like cable to examine the home's sewer line. This privately-owned pipeline leads from the house to the publicly owned main sewer line or septic tank. Sewer scope inspection can reveal damage to the pipes, blockages, and other problems. With our state of the art sewer scope we can deliver a full video of the sewer line and identify any major issues. A home plumbing and sewer system is a major component of your home. It's a very good idea to have inspected.
This is also called the 11 month inspection or the one-year inspection for some builders, which allows the homeowner to have any blemishes, flaws, or issues remedied. Before that one-year is up, you would want to hire a home inspector to investigate the home for anything you might not have noticed or see is happening.
